Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 3 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer.
Within the U.S., standard shipping is $8.95 for orders below $30, and free for orders $30+. Second day shipping is $20 for all orders.
Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed. 2nd day delivery may not be available for orders placed on, or that you want to be delivered on, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The availability of 2nd day delivery will always be subject to availability of stock, subject to a surcharge and be dependent on where the delivery location is.
Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order date. Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns if the item has been half used.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
