Two+ years in the making, our new launch is finally here! To celebrate, we asked a member of the production team to share her process. Meet Ela, our Assistant Vice President of Production:
“With this product, we set out to create a facial sunscreen that people would genuinely love wearing, something that feels beautiful on the skin. There’s a common saying that the best sunscreen is the one you’ll actually use, and that really guided our thinking. If it feels good, you’ll reach for it.
What excites me most is that, despite being a mineral sunscreen, the texture almost mirrors that of a chemical sunscreen. That’s a huge win for those who prefer mineral formulas or have sensitive skin but still want that effortless, elegant feel. As skincare ingredients evolve, we now have access to more options, such as liquid zinc, which helped us achieve a much more elegant mineral texture.
Seeing this come to life has been incredibly rewarding. I’m so proud of how it turned out, especially the texture. It feels even more beautiful than what I imagined in the beginning.”
