Dear Customers & Friends,
As some of you may know, we are based in New York and our warehouse and customer care is in Sayreville, New Jersey, one of the hardest hit areas by Hurricane Sandy. Our warehouse continues to be out of power and many of the employees have lost their homes. There may be slightly longer waits for deliveries to reach our customers but we are working hard to ensure everything is ok with both employees and customer care.
We are so proud to be from New York State and are committed to helping those in need. For all future 2012 internet orders, we will donate a portion of the proceeds towards recovery.
I started this company to ensure safety and health for families across the world. This continues to be our mission and we hope that everyone is safe and sound – and we are here to help.
We were not the only ones affected by the storm – many of our retail partners have been hit very hard and will do what we can to assist them. Lets keep all of those affected on the Babo team and others in our thoughts and prayers.
