Q. Hi,
What is the percentage of Zinc Oxide in the Clear Zinc Sport Stick SPF30? - Grace
A. Hi Grace,
22 percent is zinc oxide.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Q. Hi,
Babo's sunscreen lotion says it uses non-nano zinc oxide. The stick version doesn't specify. Can you confirm? Thank you! - Selina
A. Hi Selina,
Yes both the sunscreen lotion and the stick use non-nano. Both are clear zinc.
Many thanks for your question.
Q. What is the expiration date on the stick? I just ordered one and it came in the mail as it's pictured here on the website--without any packaging (no seal around the cap either) and no expiration date on the stick. - chick
A. Hi There, the Stick should be used within 1 year of opening. These sticks were just made in February, 2013 so they are new.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you.
Q. Is the clear zinc stick fragrance free?
Thank you. - Kat
A. Hi Kat,
The Clear Zinc contains a natural apple flavor so it smells a bit like apple. We are developing a fragrance free one for next summer!
Thank you so much.
Q. Can you please specify the origin of tocopherol. Is it wheat germ or anything else that contains gluten? Or (with great hopes) the stick is gluten-free? :) - Jansa
A. Our sport stick is completely gluten free. Our tocopherol does not contain gluten.
We hope you love the product. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Q. is the sport stick and lotion water proof and how long? - max
A. Hi Max,
Zinc is known to be water resistant. Per the FDA, a new law states you can no longer claim water proof. They say no sunscreen is waterproof and must be reapplied after swimming.
We highly recommend you reapply sunscreen every 30-40 minutes.
Thank you very much.
Kate
Q. When will the sport stick be back in stock?
Thank you. - Jinny Kim
A. Hi there,
We are hoping it will be back in stock by end of May. We have had tremendous deman for it.
Thank you very much
