Babo Botanicals Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".
Note: Orders Placed after 12pm EST, are processed next business day. If placed Friday after 12pm, it is processed on Monday.Note: FedEx Ground cannot ship to a PO Box and Only FedEx 2nd Day can be used for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Expedited Shipping Via FedEx - 48 Contiguous States
We offer 1 expedited shipping options though FedEx:
- FedEx 3 Day Select - third business day
Orders must be received before 11:00am EST to ship out same day (weekdays only). Please select the expedited shipping method you prefer under 'Choose Shipping Method' during checkout. You will get an instant quote on your shipping charges based on the weight of your shipment and shipping method selected at checkout.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.877-537-2226
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Returns and Replacements
If you are ever dissatisfied with a Babo product that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund. Please include your receipt if available, and please make sure to include your complete contact information so that we can get your new product to you, or send your refund. We can not pay for your return shpping costs however. Please call 877.537.BABO (2226) to coordinate return.
If you have purchased it from a retail store, you can return it to the Babo retailer you purchased from.
